15 – 16 September

Discover monuments old and new all over France with the Journées européennes du patrimoine. In Paris you can check out sites like the Palais d’Elysée, the Musée d’Orsay or the Arc de Triomphe as well as the Philharmonie de Paris or the Fondation Louis Vuitton. On the website, you can search for activities or monuments on show in your region using the interactive map. There’s oodles of things to do this weekend, and most of them are free.

Bassin De La Villette

Cool off at le Bassin de la Villette which offers you a range of pools to swim in. Whether you want to get in the deep end or just for a paddle, it’s all available for free. There are onsite changing rooms and showers as well for a most comfortable swimming experience.
