Le Crédac, Musée Gratuit D’art Contemporain

This contemporary art museum in Ivry sur Seine welcomes French and international artists this October and accompanies them in their projects.

Previously situated in the basement of a cinema, this contemporary art space has moved to la Manufacture des OEillets. An impressive location with vast windows that light the art works, each exhibition encourages participation in events such as workshops, conferences, round tables etc. Make sure to book online before you go.

Feeling a bit rusty in French? Want to try out some new languages? Meet people from all over the world? This evening, hosted by the PolyglotClub is definitely for you. Hosted at the Denfert Café in Paris, the PolyglotClub offers you the chance to get together with people and practice different languages. To celebrate this year’s wine harvest and France’s famous wine-making tradition, La Fête des vendanges de Montmartre invites you to climb up to the Butte Montmartre to embark on a Parcours du Goût. With the beautiful Basilique du Sacré Coeur on one side, and a spectacular view of the city on the other, this pop-up market will allow you to sample the flavours and aromas that French cuisine and wine have to offer.

Saturday 7 October, Across the whole of Paris

On the night of the 7th October, the at galleries and public spaces of Paris will come alive, during this Nuit Blanche of cultural exploration and entertainment. There are hundreds of exhibitions and events which are free to visitors, so why not watch the Mille et une danses show under the canopy of Forum des Halles, visit the street art collection Où trouver refuge aujourd’hui? at the Canal Saint Martin, or attend a string quartet concert at La Philarmonie de Paris?
